How can I make a return?

We want you to feel completely confident shopping with Calmira. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn product(s) in their original condition and packaging.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s). To begin the process, please contact our customer service team at calmira.official@outlook.com to receive the return address. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive your return, it will typically be processed within 24 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Refunds are made to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your provider.

What if my order arrived with a fault?

If you believe your item has a fault upon delivery, please notify our customer service team on the day you receive it. Contact us via our support email (calmira.official@outlook.com)  with your order number, full name, and clear photos of the issue. Including as much detail as possible will help us resolve the matter promptly.

Problems with delivery

Calmira is not liable for missing parcels that have been sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or when items are requested to be left in an unsecured location.

If your order has not arrived, please contact us at calmira.official@outlook.com to report it. Please allow additional time for potential transit delays. We cannot issue a refund or replacement until 20 working days after dispatch (25 working days for international orders). If your order still has not arrived after this period, we will arrange a replacement.

Customs Duty & Tax Fees

Please note that Calmira is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your local government. If you are unsure, we recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.
